Run & Abort Scanning Jobs– Kick off a policy scan across live records– Monitor progress in real time– Abort any in-flight job via the UI
Policy Execution Log– Auto-generated log with timestamps, record counts, and error details– Related Matches list detailing: field name, record ID, and which pattern(s) were detected
In-Record Highlighting– View matches directly on record pages, with each detected PII instance highlighted for easy redaction or masking

Create a New Policy
Open the Policy Configurator
Select your Object (e.g., Case)
Choose one or more Fields to scan
Pick from built-in Patterns: Email, Phone, SSN, Passport, Credit Card, Driver License
Run, Monitor & Abort
Click Run Policy
Watch the live Execution Log for progress and errors
If needed, click Abort Job to stop scanning immediately
Review & Remediate
Drill into the Matches related list on the policy record
Click any entry to open the affected record
See PII highlighted in context—mask, redact, or relocate as needed
