Aisolu OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy governs the data practices for Knowledge Falcon (the "App"), a Lightning Component available on the Salesforce AppExchange.

1. No Data Collection or Storage

Knowledge Falcon operates as a native component within your Salesforce environment. The App does not collect, harvest, or store any personal data, business data, or metadata. All interactions, configuration settings, and data access—such as retrieving, searching, and filtering Salesforce Knowledge Articles or Data Categories—are processed dynamically in real-time within your own Salesforce organization.

2. No External Data Transmission

Your data stays entirely within your control. Knowledge Falcon does not transmit, send, or transfer any data to external servers, third-party services, or to us. * 100% On-Platform: All code executes strictly within your Salesforce infrastructure and your local web browser session.

  • No Callouts: The App does not make any external network calls (Apex callouts or API requests) to outside domains.

 

3. Data Security and Compliance

Because Knowledge Falcon runs entirely within your Salesforce instance, it naturally inherits all the enterprise-grade security configurations, sharing rules, object-level security (FLS), data encryption, and compliance controls that you have established for your Salesforce organization. We have no access to your Salesforce environment, your data, or your users' activities.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with, use, or include any third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect functional updates to the App. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised effective date.
